After dozens of computer checks on the tracking website, numerous attempts to call the store, two unaswered voice mails, and two calls to UPS 1-800 Customer No Service, I had to drive thirty miles back to this store per Customer Service advice to trace a package dropped off a week ago. I was informed at the store that my Amazon-generated tracking number would not track because Amazon returns are consolidated under another number and shipped in big boxes. It would have been so helpful if the original clerk had shared that information, if the East Chase UPS store had answered the phone, or responded to my voice mail messages, or if UPS Customer Service knew this was the policy. No apologyy for my time, effort, or frustration . After one call to Amazon, I was reassured that they had received my package but had not generated the refund yet.
