The most helpful employees. I went there to pront 2 email attachments yesterday. All I had to do was email them what I needed printing. The wonderful guy did it for me & it came to 20 cents. He didn’t even want to charge me!! I insisted along with a Tip for his time. The best & most helpful service EVER.

This store never opens on time. Just dropped off a package and the store opened at 8:38. No apology from the person working. This has happened at least two other times this month.

This has been so annoying. Ordered a print job online. Pickup time was set for 5:30 PM. Arrived and it wasn’t done and no one knew the details. Once I provided the info they printed the BW doc on the spot, but the spiral bound wasn’t done and no one bothered to reach out to tell me that. I was told to come back the next day and it would be ready at 9am. Thank goodness I didn’t: got a phone call at 11:40am the next day asking me how I wanted it printed and bound, because it hadn’t been done and for some reason, the details that I had already requested online weren’t accessible to them. I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. Then I was told if I didn’t know what card I had placed it on, I would have to come in to have the refund applied. Once I checked my online accounts to figure out which card it was, then I was told the refund *might* work over the phone. Sigh. I’m sure they’re having trouble with understaffing and whatnot, I just wish it seemed like someone gave a sh*t that my order existed.
