I went in to Macy’s shopping for a gift for a hard to gift person and decided to ask the stylist on site Amanda. She was very helpful in providing ideas after learning a little about the person in question. She is excellent at what she does. She also provides outfit ensembles if needed. What a hidden gem in the services she offers. Macy’s has a real winner here.

Macy’s employees are always helpful even when we’re not shopping there. We use their store as the entrance into the mall and the store is clean and well lit. Their bathrooms are immaculate and smells nice as well. My wife returned an item here once and there was a little line to do so. However we she got to the front the employee accepted the return and issued her a refund without any problems.
