I tried to purchase water and tea and the cashier refused to ring me out since I did not wear a mask. “I am immune”- I told her but she said “I can’t. This is the store’s policy”. Apparently, in Sprouts they do not follow the regulations of TX’s Governor, and discriminate people on the base of what they wear on their face. Further more, they do not use common sense; if this cashier is behind a plastic screen and wears a mask, isn’t she safe no matter what I wear? And if she is not, why is she behind a plastic border and wearing a mask? I am giving minus 5 stars to a store that follows discriminatory humiliating rules and do not trust their customers when they say they are immune.

I am allergic to dairy and have been looking for vegan cheese for awhile now and they have it! So excited to try it out! The employees here are so kind and welcoming! Lindsey was extremely helpful in pointing out some great bake breads to purchase! Definitely going to be shopping here regularly! They do require masks but there is a sign on the door when you walk in and they have several hand sanitizers in places for you!

Was shopping at this store for at least 10 minutes before a manager came up to me and very rudely told me that I am required to wear a mask as though I should have known better. However there were no signs or anyone Informing me of this when I walked in. She definitely could have been more polite! I had no idea and would have put mine on if I knew it was required! When I looked surprised she stated “all sprouts businesses require masks!” as though I was on the sprouts mailing list or something. If they are going to require masks they should at least have a sign on the door or be more polite to people who don’t know all of the sprouts regulations by heart!
