I purchased a mosaic tile table and unfortunately experienced a few hairline cracks in the mosaic tile. Russell from the warranty department was extremely attentive with my issue and contacted the vendor. After sending in a few photos and answering their questions, I’ll soon be receiving a replacement table. I’m completely satisfied and appreciative of Russell’s efforts on my behalf. Many thanks!

Very nice place.. A great selection of outdoor furniture but they are way overboard on their pricing .. I found a similar set they have and its 4680 dollars less expensive. I get it that its in Plano amd people will show up to the place but when we were there , we saw at least 8-9 families there and nobody purchased anything… I looked online at other furniture places and the materials or quality was the same buy thousands of dollars cheeper. I will be posting the outdoor furniture i buy from lowes so Yall can compare the prices amd quality and Yall can make a decision on the savings.another thing that bothered me was that I m Hispanic and we were there for over 45 min. They greeted the others guests before they asked us if we needed help. I felt we were racial profiled but there was no hard feelings. My family has PLENTY of money so that isnt a concern… We will not be doing business there nor refer anyone to them for that matter. Wouldnt want my friends and family to feel uncomfortable
