I like this HEB, they have a large variety of produce and products you might not expect to find and interesting products they keep stock to try out. I’ve appreciated how clean they keep the store with as busy as it can get at times and have had positive interactions with the staff.I visited yesterday to pick up groceries for the week and wanted to try out a new recipe. The particular cut of meat the recipe called for was not in stock in the prepackaged section but the meat counter met my request and took extra care to make sure my meat had good marbling as well. The effort is definitely appreciated!

Almost every time I shop here I have to bag my own groceries, which would be fine if the checkers didn’t go extremely fast, throw the groceries down the belt and not help at all. Many of them seem like they don’t care and just want to be done with their shift. They need to get more baggers or someone needs to make sure that the checkers actually help bag during the checkout instead of letting the groceries pile up while I am trying to keep up and not have all my stuff crammed at the end.
