I love their scent chips as I have sensitivities to chemicals. Scentships is natural and I love their products. Prices are reasonable. You can get multiple melts out of the same chips and dispose of it friendly to the environment. The only issues I’ve had with their website are:If you try to purchase sometimes it quick buys it for you and fails to let you select information. We’ve moved a few times and they sent it to the wrong address. They shipped it so fast we couldn’t contact them to update the information. Thank god the new residents were honest people.If your shipping address is different from your payment address you can’t pay. For the longest time there was no way to change this.
