Absolute WORST retailer I’ve ever visited on two occasions now. The second time they FLAT OUT LIED TO ME about a new account I was opening. Let me tell you one thing, these KIDS there work for commission mostly and WILL lie to you, to make a sale. They will, and the manager will call you try hard to make you feel like you are wrong and they made a TINY mistake costing you $500. Got it fixed through the BBB (better business bureau) it’s the only way to do it with these companies, corporate office will call you and make it right. Have used the BBB 3 times now in these instances, and I’m always right!! Know your rights people. These good reviews from this store HAVE to be fake

Great experience at T- Mobile! Chris and Jesse were extremely helpful from the moment I walked in until the moment I left. I received exactly what I asked for. The only thing I had to do was pick out the color of my phone, case and watch. Chris and Jesse took care of the rest. They were both very knowledgeable and so friendly! I will make sure to recommend the La Marque location. I will return to this location for all my future needs. Thanks again, Chris and Jesse!
