The lady is nice and communicates which I like but I went and there was no ice cream in the cases. The place is very dark and always looks like it’s close. They have very limited toppings and no fruit toppings. Also they say they do not do rewards which makes me sad because I got ice cream but not points. I’ve been to way better marble slabs in which I pay full price for all toppings and get reward points.

Have been twice now. Both times the line was out the door. The first time I decided to wait. After a 20 minute wait I find out they are out of several flavors and they only have one person working. The second day I didn’t wait because once again they were understaffed.
