Today was my first time going to Firestone I was a little skeptical at first because I had not been there before but Michael attended me right away and made me feel comfortable, he was very kind and courteous and he let me know what my options were and that it would be awhile with the option I went with to get my rotors fixed but he did make sure to keep me updated along the way. I can easily say that in the event that I need something else fixed on my vehicle I will be coming back and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you very much Michael.

No waiters infront of me store is empty, was told From advisor 30min wait , and its been an hr and still they haven’t got to my car. No friendly service here must not like working on Sundays!!

Bad service there was 2 gentleman there and it took them 5 minutes to great me. I was the only person there. One was on the phone, which I understand but the other guy was just taking up space. I have worked for customer service all my life and I’m a branch manager and I do not accept that type of greet. I don’t know who the supervisor is at this location, but y’all need to retrain your employees because they lack at C.S.
