The two ladies that helped me for my second COVID vaccination shot were friendly and knowledgeable. The nurse that gave me the shot was very nice. They also gave me a handout explaining COVID-19 and vaccinations. I wish I went there for my first vaccination.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. WE DESERVE BETTER.This Walgreens is the absolute worst. I’m sorry, but this neighborhood deserves better. The staff is generally lousy, but the tipping point was the store closing over 20 minutes early.I show up to the store at 10:38 and this location closes at 11:00. Why is it closed?? No explanation, no inclement weather, no nothing. Just closed.Again, just because we live in this neighborhood doesn’t mean we deserve customer service like this. It’s inexcusable. And I go on the Walgreens website to log a complaint and it’s down. I call the customer service number and nothing.I will be boycotting this location until further notice. I suggest others in the area do the same. There’s a Rite Aid not too far in Gun Hill Road. I’m not sure if they have already been brought by Walgreens, butDO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. WE DESERVE BETTER.

Store/Pharmacy is the worst. The Pharmcist is rude, arrogant and slow. Instead of giving hissuggestion for my childs medicine he went down a path of questions and poor mannerisms.. Essentially putting the medicine on hold based on his 30year ego questioning my childs doctor’s decision. I also wouldnt allow him to display his untasteful attitude in person( i would just hang up on him as ive done before). Im done with this store. I ordered a product for pick up(confirmed) arrive to no product and explanantion was if its not there it was stolen ♂️. Its not a stage for performance you are just serving the community with medicine and supplies..The lack of ethics is unreal. And the tech/ staff at the pharmacy moves slow as well. This store needs an over haul. New security has good presence.
