I was due for an upgrade and was nothing sure of what to get or how it worked. Thankfully a great employee by the name of Eric was exceptional in talking to me about the trade in and how it works! He was patient with me and walked me through the whole process! I felt at ease as I was very nervous about the new phone thing.
