I loved that this place gives you your own private room and mimosas while you try on!Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was negative…the staff wasn’t helpful and didn’t consider my price range. The communication was lacking as the manager was out so they couldn’t sell a dress to me at a discounted rate since it was damaged. I tried calling and after multiple callbacks I was finally able to pay for the dress.I was disappointed at how it didn’t feel personalized and the consultant wasn’t personable. I had high hopes because of all of the positive reviews but I would avoid this place if you’re looking for good customer service.I’m

My fiance had the wonderful pleasure of working with an employee named London this past weekend. Set an appointment for 3:30 and did not get in till 3:50, then after trying on a couple dresses London overheard that they would not be buying that day because they wanted to look at some more stores first. Immediately all the dresses stopped coming out and there was no more assistance after that. As they were trying to ask about bridesmaids dresses my fiance asked London about them, and if they had anymore and she said yep and kind of rushed them out the door. If you want to keep customers that’s not how you do it.
