Dog Grooming: the only drag was when picking up my pet, I had to wait about 15 minutes because only 1 customer could be seen at a time. This is understandable though. However, after informing them I was there to pick up my dog, I was told to go back out to the cashier to pay, then come back to pick up the dog. So after waiting 15 minutes to be told this, I now had to go back to the cashier, waited in line (only about 5 minutes), then wait in line again to get back into the grooming service area (about 10 minutes). So overall, I had to wait about 30 minutes to pickup my dog. I understand COVID restrictions but I really wish I could have just paid for the services in the grooming area when picking up my dog instead of being bounced around. The service however was great. This is the first time I had my dog groomed at a Pet Smart facility and upon entering the grooming area, there were 3 associates working very hard with tremendous care on the doggies immediately giving me a sense of comfort. It’s now been 2 days and my dog still smells fresh and I paid for the furminator service due to my dog shedding like crazy. It’s really worked thus far, He looks 10 lbs lighter due to all the fur removed.

First experience was great at the groomers the first associate was amazing. Brought my lab a second time, used a different groomer. Towards the end when it was time to pick up my lab the associate was not very customer friendly. It was mainly the associate she came off as unfriendly and sassy. Unhappy to the point I would rather go to a different groomer or different location next time!
