I canceled my service . Spectrum sends me two boxes, which included two separate call tags in order to return the equipment. The UPS store won’t accept them because there’s TWO different tracking numbers on the return labels. This is the most unorganized company ever!! They better get this right the 2and time around. I’m not wasting my time anymore and I couldn’t care less if they get this stuff back.

This lady was awesome and very patient. I walked in somewhat unprepared and extremely ready to get away from Sprint/T-Maybe! She had me on Spectrum mobile pretty quick. As of my first month I’m very pleased. I’ve seen LTE and 5G at places I used to get nothing! I Even got good service all over Richland Chambers Lake while on my boat fishing. Go see her and she will treat you right!
