Messed up our Blizzard order. Didn’t turn upside when handing to us…because it had the consistency of a warm milk shake. And, then we noticed they were made with chocolate not vanilla ice cream. Not the end of the world, I know but the attitude we encountered after pointing these things out was unconscionable. When the girl came back out she flipped the Blizzards over so hard ice cream hit my truck, and more karmically, all over her order window. Never again Pecos. Back to Santa Fe Place for our treats.

No exaggeration when I say they get my order wrong every time I go there. One time the cashier even argued with me about what I ordered. The other day was the last straw. I ordered the double meat with jalapeno n cheese. I was so hungry I just started eating and about half way through the burger I noticed it’s single patty. SURPISE SURPRISE. I brought it to the cashier’s attention and I received a sorry about that and dude just walked away. Then a young lady comes up and asks what’s going on and she too just kinda walks away. NO NO NO NO. I asked the young lady to get the manager and she did. The manager gos to the register, gets the difference they overcharged me and just hands it to me in silence. I had to ask her for a moment to speak to her before she just walked off, and I’ll give her credit for listening and an apology. It wasn’t about the buck and a half overcharge, it was about the last half dozen times I’ve visited the pecos dq. I have decided to throw in the towel on this location, and I’ll never patronize the business again.
