I have been here for 3 hours for a tire change. There is literally no reason for this… it’s not busy, multiple mechanics in the garage, just everyone moving at the pace of grass growing. After all my tires had been removed they tell me (and the 2 hour mark) that they DO NOT HAVE THE TIRES I REQUESTED. What?!? Isn’t this something you should double-check before you remove all my tires. A TERRIBLE experience. 0/10 would recommend, 0/10 will return, 0/10…..

Went in for oil change, tires rotated and balanced, new wiper blades was would told take a few minutes…took over 3 hours. Only 2 vehicles in front of me. I usually go to another location but due to all the interstate mess going on at 1 time – Kay Ivey!! I stopped here to avoid traffic. They told me I had oil leak AFTER oil change? I deeply question this as I never noticed a oil leak yet once done it leaked bad & it should be MANDATORY POLICY to advise all customers of oil leaks BEFORE an oil change to avoid this type situation. In the past on another vehicle I was advised BEFORE the oil change & it was noted on print out & I signed as well as WM oil tech. This protects both WM & customer giving the customer a piece of mind. Also, regarding the tires being rotated & balanced I paid $15 per tire + taxes! It did not improve on the way it drives. Matter of fact once home after rotated on other side the tires although good on tread the tire walls on all have got separation but I couldn’t see that until after work done. I would think WM would suggest not only for their customers savings & safety to not spend $15 rotating/balancing a bad tire but to buy new ones which is good also for their business! I will never go back to another WM tire and lube! After going to the consumer national website which has near 800 complaints alone on WM tire and lubes, horror stories!

This place is ridiculous. Over an hour to get one tire plugged with only two vehicles in front of me. Then they pull another vehicle in in front of me, that was behind me, to have an oil changed before I got my tire worked on. I stood there and watched three people change one vehicles oil. After paying for my tire to be plugged, I leave only to be called and told that the tire is still there because they did not load it until it was paid for, which it was. Very poor management.
