The customer service here was amazing. The employee named Lilly took her time and helped me fix my wedding programs on Microsoft Word and even helped pick out better paper than what I bought originally. My wedding programs came out beautiful thanks to Lilly. I hope the manager sees this review because she definitely deserves some type of recognition for her dedication to give superior customer service.

I would not recommend going to this location it took over an hour before I was actually assisted. Doing the self printing didn’t even work I has to get assistance. They said something about me signing in. It was my first time going and I didn’t know I was supposed to sign it. There was a very small sign to sign in. I found it odd because this company does posters and so forth. You have all these other big signs for doing it yourself but not to get assistance. It’s about customer service and I didn’t feel like the employees tried to help. Nothing about ill be with you shortly or anything. If I could i would rate no star to be honest. I would never go to this location ever again. I asked for a 8×10 photo and they couldn’t even give me a photo to cover whole page it was a wide photo. Read reviews before going !!!
