I went there today to quickly scan an 11 page document and email it. The first machine crashed twice after I tried sending both times. The folks who I approached to help me did not seem as if they wanted to help. However, Margaret stood out from the bunch. I switched to another machine and she cleaned it off for me before I began using it. I asked her if she could stand there with me so she can see if it does or does not go through for the 3rd time. Of course, the other machine crashed too. We both couldn’t believe it, but it really is just my luck. She decided to scan it from behind the desk and email it to me. She was going to reimburse me for the previous crashed jobs but I was not charged. She then decided not to charge me for the job at all. Even though I expected to be there for only 5 minutes but lasted 45 instead, I really appreciate the professionalism, respect, and care Margaret provided me. She is a great employee and FedEx should be proud of the attentive service she provides to customers.
