Ordered a pair of glasses for both myself and my husband on day one. We were informed they would be ready in 4-6 days. We received a call from the vision center on day 3 telling us our glasses were ready. Very satisfied with the service. Did not rate a five star because one pair of eyeglasses did not have transition lenses as ordered.

The doctor said it would only take two weeks for my glasses to come in. I’ve been waiting on my eyeglasses for almost two months now, and has yet to receive a phone call to inform me of anything. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially if you’re using Medicaid. Very poor service!
