We were politely greeted by a nice young lady named Patricia. We told her, in general, what we were looking for. She narrowed down our selection as we tried different mattresses. She noticed how I had trouble getting in and out of. She showed how some beds could have the head and feet raised.We left feeling that we had made a good purchase.
