I had been shopping and donating at this store since the very first day they opened back a while ago. The store has undergone various changes, the most recent one being the worst. I had never seen such a mess as it looks now. There is clothes everywhere just hanging looks like clothes are just being tossed on top of more clothes. There is more clothing thrown around the store than there is on racks. The costumer service lady (cashier) is RUDE AND HAS A BAD ATTITUDE prices as she pleases and depending on who is checking out. This was the last time i spent my cash and donated at this place. Hope they do better or they will loose all costumers who are going there for the inexpensive clothes NOT TO GO BUY “BOUTIQUE”. If we intended to buy at boutique prices we would drive to a boutique. They need to get back to what it used to be. I guess they forgot its a second hand store

This is such a hidden gem! This store has really great prices, and lots and lots of clothing, household items, and even a decent selection of vinyl records. This isn’t you top of the line thrift store, but it has some of the best prices you can get, and if you are willing to spend some time digging through, you are sure to find great things. The kids’ clothing was a bit lacking in selection, but that’s the only thing I can say could be better. Super friendly staff, will definitely be back!

For years I would have given this place five stars across the board here lately they’ve been hiring or taking in volunteer workers one or the other from places like Goodwill ,salvation army, and other non-local Unitarian organizations which are organizations who support world order government ideals and the people that come from those organizations are common people from the area but they’re not like and don’t have the same mindset as the original organization when they take in people from those other organizations what they’re taking in are people who has allowed Goodwill in salvation army to diminish and degrade their sense of empathy or sympathy for The individual because they’re sovereign is the institution and the institution is all about the institution not the people who come into the institution hand me up has always been about the people and still are about the people until one of these individuals from one of these other institutions come into hand me up for a day or two and then you they’re just absolutely none negotiable the price is here are very well set very well thought out for the merchandise that they have been given they’re not like Goodwill or salvation army who sees an item and only sees a dollar sign over the needs that an individual may desperately have for it all they see is dollar signs and if they can’t make that dollar they will not lower the price hand me UPS will even when they were crossroads they did very well by the people but they really do need to quit allowing people from these closed-minded institutions who are only about what they can make off of free merchandise that has been willingly and graciously given to them for the needs of people who cannot they need to quit hiring or allowing them people to work because then people are not good for this institution and that’s coming from somebody who’s been coming in there since it was open you never have a bad experience here until you have somebody that’s only trained for capital gains
