My husband & i are customers of Cricket for a few years now & he needed a new phone & i was thinking about getting a new one as well so we went to the location on Sam Houston Ave to do that this morning around 10:30am. When we walked into the store a blonde headed employee walks in from the back putting on her mask & asks if we have masks & we tell her no & then proceeds to tell us that we can’t come in without one (not everyone is compliant with the masks in many stores). My husband jokingly says that i guess y’all don’t need our money & she RUDELY states that a sign is on the door & that we should know this by NOW! We feel she should’ve have been more polite & professional about the encounter.

01-02-21 I came in to purchase a new phone at about 10:30 that morning. Tha woman coming out of the back( putting her mask on) asked if we had a mask, I did not hear her so I said ma’am. She asked again if we had masks and I said no. She told us we had to have masks to come in, jokingly I said I guess y’all don’t need my money. She tells me and my wife that it’s on the door and we should know by now! We left! I’m not going to be talked to like that from some young kid. I will definitely take my business elsewhere, I was looking at buying about a 4 to500 hundred dollar phone, sorry you missed my business and I will definitely tell everyone else to do not go there again.
