Sales person was friendly upon initial visit. Went in for a new phone on my existing account and to add an additional line of service for my wife. Was provided a written summary of the plan costs which included some financing charges for the new phone along with taxes and fees. Unfortunately beyond the initial visit, nothing has gone as offered. I was offered a plan that I did not get. The plan that I got was $50 more per month than quoted. After multiple attempts to get it corrected by the person that sold me the service, I escalated it to Cellular Sales Customer Service. The only thing they did for me was send me to Verizon Billing. After multiple calls to Verizon Billing I finally got some help but still paying for a plan that is $10 more per month than the quoted by the Cellular Sales representative for a lesser plan than quoted. To get what I was quoted it will cost me $30 per month more. I have repeatedly reached out to the sales representative as well as Cellular Sales Customer service with no resolution. I highly recommend staying away from these Authorized Retail outlets and going directly to a Verizon Corporate store. What this outlet did is very deceptive and will likely require legal action to get resolved. Cellular Sales will drop you like a hot potato once you walk out the door.Additionally your response is apparently a bot response as the Phone Number, Email Address and Case numbers do not provide any further assistance. I have used them all with zero assistance in getting resolution. Please Reference Case 375273.5-18-21 Update. Contacted Customer Service using new case. Service representative listened to issue and is working to bring to acceptable resolution. I will update the review if resolution is achieved.

Reese was our sells rep and did a great job! My husband and I both needed upgrades so he set us up and took care of EVERYTHING! wow it was a lot but he was very helpful and fast. I had 5 years of life on my old phone and all of it is now on my bed phone, which I love already.
