They never delivered, and I paid the extra fee for Saturday delivery.

They don’t deliver on time! Paid for overnight delivery by 10:30 am and they didn’t deliver. No way to speak to an actual human being to find out where in the hell your package is. No way to to get a refund for failed delivery! It’s now 2:30 pm and I have no idea where my package is. Ridiculous!

Express paid package was promised by 12pm and was out on truck at 9:23am and was not delivered on time not even 1-2 hours late And what I’m waiting for is something where time is of the essence. I don’t not recommend using FedEx for express shipments if it has to go through this location as they do not adhere to their promises nor do they care about their customers. Call toll free number to get update and help they gave a general reply staying times of delivery after the promised Time and then when i asked to speak with someone else a supervisor perhaps was placed on hold without being told hold on and agent comes back with can you call back in 30 mins. FedEx Sucks and I leave good and bad reviews for companies understand this is not just a bad because they don’t deserve it this is the 3rd time this has happened which is why i am finally leaving a review.
