This group at Geek Squad are a JOKE!! I needed to upgrade my laptop from windows 8 to windows 10 and they wanted to charge me over $400.00 and not restore anything I needed and said within 6 months my computer would be corrupt and un-useable. I went to Texarkana Computer and John B. did everything I need for $250.00 and said I should be good for 5 to 7 more years. I’ve used Geek Squad in the previous city I lived in (Baltimore, MD) and had no issues. Don’t use this group, they’re just full of it, not helpful and want to rip you off with the charges.

Chad and Daniel brought out our fridge this morning. They were smart, kind and respectful. They were quick and efficient but did a great job paying attention to every detail and removed all the little pieces of plastic for us. Absolutely wonderful experience, thank you!
