A few months ago i was basically scammed by this store’s employees. Be very careful when it comes to offers. One night i went back to the store and tried to claim what they have done. They did not wanted to speak to me because i was not happy. The two guys that were there that night basically kicked me out of the store. I almost lose it that day. But 200 dollars is not worth my life. They can keep the 200 dollars they need it more than me anyways. I just don’t like to be lied to. I have been with T-mobile for years now and had no issues except this time. I’m very disappointed in this stores customer service. Also i tried to reach the manager and the calls were hung up on me. When i finally reach her basically she didn’t do anything and I’m still waiting for her call, which i know it will never happen.
