Have to go there for my uniforms, took them over four months to get them. And they tried to substitute an item without asking first. Item is not even authorized by my employer. They used to be a very good store back in the day.

1. Bad customer service. There are two or three girls that ignore not only me but other customers around as well. Phone is constantly ringing and no one answers while the same girls just stand around converse amongst themselves. I had just three patches to be sewn on a jacket, was told two days to complete, which is way too long, and when I went to pick up three business later, was told it wasn’t even worked on yet. Bad for business guys. Get it together.

So far I’ve yet to be impressed…. The only reason i keep coming there is because its close to where i live… They dont have many produts to choose from… I asked if they could order a certain product for me and they told me only if it were six or more….i only need one…
