We work by appointment during our store hours and will take limited walk-in customers between appointments when available. Same day appointments are available. Selection was okay for prom dresses and the ladies there were polite and helpful. I was a little turned off by a couple things. The door says appointments only on certain days. We didn’t come on one of those days, but we’re asked to make a same day appt. They also have a rule that a father (man) can’t go in the back area to see how the dress looks on their daughter. I’m not talking about the dressing room, I’m talking about the area outside the dressing rooms where the couches are. Everybody is fully dressed there. Since I couldn’t go back I sent my other daughter back to take pictures of the dress for me to see. She was told she couldn’t take pictures of the dress. Its funny how they will accept the father’s credit card, but he can’t see what he is paying for. I protection of the designs, but I just wanted to see the dress I might be paying for before I buy it. For these reasons, we just left and found a dress somewhere else. Good service and the ladies were great, but the rules are a little weird. There is no difference between that back room and the area outside the dressing rooms at David’s Bridal with chairs.

Betty is a sweetheart. My friend and I went to her to look for my wedding dress. The shop is very nice and relaxed. I unfortunately did not find my dress at her shop but she put me in some beautiful gowns. When you have an appointment here you have her undivided attention. It was a real pleasure working with her. I definitely recommend this shop.
