Need some clarification on the online reservation system . Bought/paid for tires and scheduled a specific time . Showed up and was told to wait by the cones. 45 mins has gone by . Still waiting for my “scheduled” time .Curious how I’ve seen 4 vehicles now pull into a bay and get service while I’m still waiting for my “reserved time slot” .If customers prepared in advanced and scheduled an appointment online you should honor them over the people coming in day of.At appointment time :1. Tires should be pulled down from rack2. Customer should be next person in a bay regardless of what the walk-ins has scheduled . Otherwise what’s the point of having the online registration. .Waved down a young man told him the situation and he is now working on my trailer

L…O…V…E this place. My daughter had a flat at work but wasn’t going to be off until after closing. I switched out her tire for the spare and headed over here knowing it was 45 minutes until closing and could see their bays were full. They still had no problem checking out my tire, inspected it in front of me to verify it needed to be replaced vs repaired (showed me where the damage to the run-flat was) and had a new tire on the rim in minutes. My go-to place definitely.
