Never again. I purchased a bundle package that included a laptop, security, and tech support. It took an hour for them to figure out how to ring up a bundle. I returned the unused items a week later and it took longer than an hour to figure out out to ring up my credit. Today is 47 days since the return and i still don’t have a $130 credit for the tech support. I have called several times and 3 of those times i was told everything was fine now and I should have my refund 7-10 days. Still NOTHING! I was also told 3 times that a email would be sent directly to tech support for an update and i should hear from them within 24 hours. Still NOTHING! I will never go there again!

The staff were very nice and clearly doing their absolute best, but it didn’t seem like anyone was properly trained. Everything moved very slowly and there was a strong sense that staff weren’t fully sure of what they were doing throughout the process of our visit. I don’t blame them by any means, the issue is likely in training.
