Very unsatisfied with the service at this location in the pharmacy. The employees don’t care to take your time into consideration. Every time I get a text that my prescription is ready I drive 20 min to this location, which is the closet to me, and every time they tell me it is not ready yet. This has happened more than I can count so their texting system may be messed up. I had an unpleasant experience with Ashley today when I tried to explain the situation she didn’t even take what I was saying into consideration but only ignored me and even hung up on me. She should not work in customer service. Way better locations to use, but I guess I will drive 30 min to the next location from now on.

This has got to be the slowest pharmacy ever. The meds are not bagged and ready for pick-up when you pull up and they take forever for every vehicle, not just us…there is always a long line… ugghh..We are going to have to transfer prescriptions again…nothing has changed.
