They take the time to take care of each customer personally. Which to me is important since we all have different needs. I will keep using wal mart auto care in the future. Plus you can get some shopping done while they work on the car.

Poor customer service….1.5 hours wait! 2 hours later they haven’t got to ours. And we can see they start working and finished other vehicles.Cashier said it’s not listed but we have a ticket on hand.Very poor organization and scheduling! Yup we will not use them again ever!!!Update: oh and they said they can’t take the tire off! 4 hours later
