December 9th After weeks of getting no answers i got a call telling me to bring my 4 wheeler in on November 24(three weeks after this call) and he can fix it for me. so NOW I’m not sure what is going on but left my 4 wheeler with you a couple of weeks ago, no call. I get no answer on multiple extensions when i call during business hours, and my messages do not get returned. I use that vehicle to do work it isn’t a recreational item for me.
December 16th I have finally just today gotten through to the mechanic who told me two more weeks before he can look at it. Will updated when i know more.
January 7th Updating my review after contacting the BBB i was able to get a reply Now telling me (because i complained i’m) sure that they couldn’t fix my machine) and would charge me $2000 for the parts that they could fix. Don’t give this business your money.
On the 16th i finally got back my 4 wheeler. No “work” done to it, It is in pieces, Parts haven’t been bolted back down and are just laying. It ran when i gave it to them, but had to be put on the my truck with a forklift when i got there. During this farce i contacted the BBB. Weeks after with no contact form the business, the complaint was finally sent out and amazingly i receive a very condescending call telling me my repair will cost a staggering amount of money. When it is fixed in the future i will post an update on what the real cost was compared to the number they gave me.
