The service I received was top notch! The service technician, Creed, was super friendly and eager to get me taken care of. I had two small children in the car with me and he went out of his way to make sure I could stay in the car with my children as much as possible. The entire process took less than 10 minutes (new battery purchase and install) and I was back on the road. Customer service like this is so rare these days and I can’t thank Creed enough. This is my first Interstate battery and I am not expecting any problems….. But if I do have any problems, I’m completely confident that Creed and Longview team will take care of me!

Called over there this morning and asked if they sold battery acid to fill a low battery. the guy on the phone told me buying and selling battery acid is a FELONY! I knew that was not correct. i drove to O Riley’s auto parts and bought a gallon for $12 dollars. If they don’t want to sell acid because they would rather sell batteries that’s fine. But making up stories and lying to people seems wrong.
