If you can order online, do it. This is the WORST ulta I have ever been in. The employees are rude and seem like they hate their job. They treat the customers as if they’re wrong. Either the products are out of stock, broken, or put in the wrong place. Discount Price tags under products and will ring up full price at the cash register, but we’re treating like its wrong and either pay what it’s ringing up or don’t get it at all. No apologies for the mix up. This place is terrible. Management needs a switch up and a review. All staff needs to be fired and bring in people who actually like customer service environments.

Loved visiting Ulta today. The employees I’ve encountered have all been cheerful or funny. They always have or are happy to get the answers to my questions.I took my toddler in with me today. The employees were very kind to him and didn’t make me feel like we were in the way at all. (It’s happened in other grownup stores.) I can’t wait to go back.

We got what we came for, and spent a decent amount of money; but, for some reason, were followed by an employee the whole time. I guess, if you’re a guy with long hair and a beanie, don’t go in here with your girlfriend.
