Just now saw a UPS driver coming down a dead end road with no public access at the end of it. The road is marked at the highway as a dead end. My husband and uncle both get out of their tractors and began waving their arms to try and get him to stop. He did not. He proceeded to take a turn on a private road very well marked that is muddy due to the recent rain. Thank you UPS for rutting up our private road and not paying attention. I can’t even call to complain because all I find for this place is an 800 number. Stop paying attention to Google Maps and pay attention to road signs for once!

Horrible delivery service!!! Worst experience!!!! The delivery guy drops my package off at someone else’s house! I had to call multiple times! Said they’d try to retrieve it. Didn’t! No calls or care in the world that they delivered my package to the wrong house and messed up. They don’t care for their customers at all!!!!! I don’t even want to order anything anymore that uses UPS!!!!! Family also have had issues with them.

This has happened to me four times in the last year where tracking says it is on the truck and Out For Delivery, yet it does not get delivered. I get a tracking number, I get a notification to my phone saying it’s on the truck and being delivered that day, I wait for the package and it does not get delivered. I should know better and just pick up the package at the UPS Center when I see a package is being sent via UPS. I’ve complained about this when I pick the package up at the UPS Center (on Laurent in Victoria, TX), but I get a canned response and a shallow apology.
