Man if there is anywhere else I could shop for autoparts it would be here. The morning people that work at this location are amazing! Joanna the counter person has always been so helpful with every visit. No matter what day I go she always has a smile and a happy tone. The other girls that also work there are amazing and nice. It is always a pleasure to see them and speak with them.

Today I went to go return some fuses that I had bought. The problem was I needed to replace the bulbs instead of the fuses . So I went to the store with the receipt, and they told I couldn’t get my money back because i bought them 3 weeks ago. The person that was supposedly to help me said that the fuses had been used. I told him nicely that I had tried 2 of them ,it comes with 5 in the pack. But the wasn’t the problem so I took them off and put them back in the pack. I’m so irritated because that was my first time going there . I always go to AutoZone but because I was short on time,and it was closest to my house. But if I would of known this would happen I wouldn’t have gone. And after this I will NEVER go back. I’m positive if I go back to talk to the manager he is going to side with his or her employee. So be careful people. I would recommend to go to another auto parts store. If there customers service is like that then i wont have any part of that . Thank you for the great service. Yeah right. I wish the manager would prove me wrong.
