On 04/05/21 ordered a vacuum for my pool online and the web site stated 24-48 hours shipped to the store…. With instructions to wait for an email saying the part was ready to be picked up. On 04/10/21, Five days after no email, I went into the store and Chris tells me the shipping takes four to six weeks! When I tell him the web site says 24-48 hours he says..”Hmm” and does not bother to even check to see if the package came in.Seven days after ordering, on 04/12/21 Chris tells me it still has not arrived. A phone call to the corporate office resulted in a nice lady providing me the FedEx tracking number that shows it was signed for by MSnow on 04/07/21!!I called Chris back on 04/12/21 and he says it’s not in the store. After telling him it was delivered and signed for by… he tells me it may have been left on the FedEx truck by mistake!I don’t have a logistics background, but am smart enough to know that if you have people signing for items being delivered and leaving them on the delivery truck your supply chain is broken.So….Another call to corporate resulted in a new person answering the phone who had to go through the entire process again, calling the store to say in fact it had been delivered…..Miracles do happen!!! Chris calls and says the package “just arrived” I will drive the extra 30 minutes away to another Leslies or find a new pool supply store. These guys can kick rocks!The only person that ever seemed friendly in the store was a young lady. All others seem inconvenienced when you walk in the store, like you are bothering them.
