Quaint little place with excellent food and atmosphere. You must enter through the antique store.

Really cool place!! Everyone was friendly. We didn’t eat. The antique store was a treasure box. I could have spent the whole day there.

When we travel, we try to find things that we cannot get at home. Today we found a gem in this little cafe! The vibe in this place is like it is totally family owned where people have skin in the game. The food is made with love and attention to detail. My Cuban sandwich was just the right texture and sauce had just the right zing. The chips and artichoke dip were hot and delicious, with the parmesan cheese rounding the flavors out wonderfully. There were so many beers available it was difficult to choose! I went with a Cider Boys peach cider from the tap, and was not disappointed. If given the chance, I will reroute any trip I have nearby to stop here.

Three of us went for dinner last Saturday night, an unusually busy night. There were only two servers/bartenders working the entire floor and to their credit doing the best they could. Reservations could not be honored, we waited an hour for our food only to be told they were out of what we ordered with limited other choices. Love to know where the owner(s) was to help out these poor girls. We tipped them well even though we didn’t get to eat. We left and went to Jefferson’s who had plenty of food and staff!! Very poor experience!!

Eat Here! If you are visiting Fort Payne, don’t waste your time eating anywhere else. This gem is inside the Big Mill Antique Mall. It has a cool vibe, great food, and great service. They have a full bar with a good selection of craft beer and on some nights they have live music. This is my go to spot when I am in Fort Payne.
