This is a lovely spa. The staff is friendly and the membership program is wonderful to both keep me on track and also offers me a great discount with additional perks. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that it’s really small, there is no seating or lounge area. The absence of a lounge may be covid related- don’t know but I miss that in a spa. Despite this, the quality of the services is excellent and my skin looks great.

I have a monthly 60 minute Swedish massage at Saratoga Botanicals. The experience is wonderful start to finish. The front desk team is helpful and friendly. The massage is so helpful for my chronic back and neck issues. The spa atmosphere is very relaxing. I would highly recommend Saratoga Botanicals for all your spa services and the unique products and gifts they offer. The value for your money is the best in town! I

I have been going here for years for massages and facials and brow tinting/waxing. I have a monthly facial membership as well. The staff is always kind and courteous and even prior to COVID the spa was impeccably clean and tidy.I strongly recommend this spa, for its multitude of services. Their blending bar is also lovely and adds a personal touch to your massages as well. Their skin care products are the only products I use, and I love that this is a female run small business. It can’t be beat.
