Rating them a full star is giving them more credit they don’t deserve! I gave this company the benefit of the doubt, and 2 times they have screwed us on our orders. First order we placed with them was short, and we never received our missing items. After countless attempts to try and resolve the issue we just gave up. A year later went back for a second order thinking it was a smaller job so it couldn’t get screwed up! Well that didn’t turn out how I expected. One item was misspelled on the jersey. I messaged them quickly and I was kind enough to be understanding because I knew it was right before all the holidays. Needless to say I’m still waiting for my replacement item since December! I have plenty of emails saying when I should be expecting my item, and NOTHING! So if you want professional customer service don’t go with these people! They will be quick to take your money, and will give you the run around when it comes to giving it back to you!!

Very unprofessional at getting back to someone in a timely manner. My mask wasn’t what I asked for. They told me to email them so they can ship me another one weeks after I complained. I emailed them weeks ago and have heard nothing even after I emailed again. Will not buy from them again!
