Would put zero if I could. The pharmacist here (Thursday oct 2 at ~5:45pm) doesn’t care about her clients wellbeing at all. She would not speak with my physician on the phone to try to work out an issue nor did she even listen to what the issue was. I had surgery earlier that day and the situation was critical. I will never use Walgreens again. Avoid at all costs. Check out the local places here instead if you want good service with care! (Tuscaloosa drug co)

Walgreens emails me when my prescriptions are ready. I went to pick it up, and was met with the worst customer service from the pharmacy. They told me I must have my information wrong. I pulled up my email her and showed her that I was told my prescription was ready and I was at the correct location. She simply said in the rudest manner “well your prescriptions not ready.” I asked her when it would be and she said “I don’t know, maybe 20 minutes.” I will never understand why no one apologizes for mistakes anymore. And I guess pharmacies don’t ever have to be held accountable…? I will definitely be moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.
