Excellent customer service at the front door and at the genius bar. Social distancing is observed and sanitizing is available all over the store. The store is clean and spread out. Loved the design and high ceilings and leather accents throughout. Best apple store experience I’ve had.

Great service! I personally am not an Apple user however my son is. His phone was stolen and we were unable to sign him in due to 2 step verification… We called Apple, went to Sprint and neither could help. I decided to go to the store as a last ditch effort before I threw the entire company away. The gentleman that helped us took 4 min tops and explained it perfectly… The entire store was pleasant! We even stayed for the Design lab class… My boys really enjoyed it! Great job Highland Village Apple! You’ll have us as customers untill he changes his mind again.

Poor customer service. They have a bouncer outside just to tell you that you can’t come in without an appointment. There were 3-4 associates not helping anyone just standing around talking. Could have at least TRIED to make me feel like they wanted my business. I came to buy.Staff needs better training on how to help customers feel wanted. That wasn’t it boss.
