The Customer service representatives have tried there best to help but a held back by poor rules that are in place. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered at 4:30 and required a signature, they attempted the Delivery at 12:48 pm while my parents were at the place of residence, the driver never attempted to make contact with those who where home but instead left a note saying they would try again the next day. I called when I found out around 1:03 and they told me that it was impossible to try and run it back around because the request has to be made before 1pm.

Normally FedEx provides decent service, but God help you if they make a mess of things and drop your package at the wrong address even though the address is clearly marked on the package. Their automated help number that they force you to call is of ZERO use in this. It doesn’t even accept that you could be calling to report a wrong delivery and need FedEx to pick up the other party’s package from your house, then go get your package from the wrong address, and swap them. Then FedEx hides behind this useless automated system (probably for reasons like this) and you cannot get to an actual human being to explain the problem. The only thing you can do is go to the address on the misdelivered package and hope that your package was dropped there, and work it out with whoever lives there, or carry the wrong package all the way back to the FedEx office where you can corner a real human being. TERRIBLE SERVICE IN THIS SITUATION
