Bought merchandise in store, no receipt was given. The hat was not comfortable and gave me a headache after wearing for a few minutes. Went to exchange, would not exchange. She wouldn’t even meet any middle ground what do ever. The hat had a rustic look to it, one of the reasons I bought it, and she said it was soiled. If your looking for quality value and service. Your better off buying online.

I just picked up my favorite boots (I had totalled the heels), and, wow, what a great job they did repairing them at Handleys! My boots are like new again! They also have a great inventory of boots, moccasins, jeans, western wear… I would highly recommend this store and they’re boot repair department!

I LOVE HANDLEY’S! The Owner Deb is the absolute sweetest lady. She helps my sons get the most perfect fitting boots everytime. She has a boot truck and goes to the mines and other places to better help the professional boot wearing community. She also never hesitates to be generous when donating boots to charity events around town. She is such a blessing to the community she serves!!!
