Normally I have a great experience but on this day I was looking to buy a cabinet that you stain yourself. The ones that were on a level I could reach had markings on the front and in other places that would be very noticeable once finished and the associate was very agitated that I wanted to look through the ones on a higher level to find one without blemishes. In the end he got them down and I was able to find one in my liking.

The Customer Service representative at the Hampton Cove Lowes is giving out false information regarding returns preventing customers from being able to get refunds. She quoted a 30 day return policy on items that their posted sign clearly said you have 90 days. Furthermore, she lied and stated an item was not in their system. This was verified by calling the store & getting the manager to check this.Advice: if your return is outside the return window, do NOT show your receipt. As long as the item is in their system, they will give you a gift card refund.
