Got a great deal on a vintage bike, and when some problems arose shortly after buying, they fixed them free of charge. The owner (Kevin) prides himself on each bike for sale being road ready and fairly priced!

When I first arrived at this store, it looked like an old gas station with bikes out front. The bikes I had seen out front were used bicycles and some of them were still a little bit dirty. When I entered the store, I observed a guy with dreads in the back helping a customer. This store is unorganized and cluttered and dirty. When I entered the store and saw a guy behind the counter, he just stared at me as if to say to me get out!. He didn’t speak, he didn’t greet me, and after leering at me…just ignored my waving at him and me saying hello. Really?!?! This is a business right? Guess not. Another guy came over to me and spoke out over the rude boy named Cane. He gave me several bits of information that was very helpful, but it was the only reason this store didn’t get a negative entry. If I am about to spend $1,200 on a bicycle, I want to know that the place I’m buying it from is going to be worth my money and my time and my efforts. I was turned off immediately after entering the store and this rude boy did what he did… Everything thereafter was just confirmed, that this was not a place for me to make my purchase. The guy with the dread hair came to the front of the store, he passed right by me and he didn’t speak to me, he didn’t greet me, and he didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Wow!, I thought. Maybe I’ll go somewhere else because this was a definite mistake coming here. I did spend my hard earned money, but not here.
