Prices are reasonable, but service is lacking improvement.

So I waited for nothing and the customer service is really bad.

Pharmacy closed there security gate on me after waiting in line for 30mins. At least it would have been good customer service to tell everyone in line that they would not be seen. Maybe the store should have a sign or someone can place a cone after the last car they will service for the night. Poor pharmacy customer service.

I used this location last year after I moved to the area for all my pharmacy needs but will not be doing so anymore. I dropped off my new prescription and was told I would receive my regular text notifications when it was ready but never heard anything from them. After a week I stopped by to inquire about it and was told I’d have to change pharmacies due to my new insurance. That was fine but I wish they would have told me that sooner. I called the new pharmacy, as instructed, but then after several days and several calls to try to get it transfered the new pharmacy finally tells me that this CVS location says I have no prescriptions to be able to transfer. Just my old one that was expired. So apparently they told me I needed to transfer my prescription and then immediately threw it out, preventing me from transferring it. And now I can’t get my doctor’s office to answer their phone to get a new one so I’ve been without my prescription for an whole month now all because of the lack of care of the pharmacy workers at this CVS. Thanks for nothing.

I really try hard not to use this pharmacy after an experience I had but then my last experience really solidified my disappointment. The first issue was I had dropped off a prescription late in afternoon told them I would pick up in the morning. Got to the Pharmacy at 8am when it said it opened and waited until almost 9 because the pharmacist and some of the staff were not there yet. I started using a different pharmacy. Then last night, thought to try again and give a second chance. Dropped off my prescription and was told it would be ready later in the evening. Went through the drive through and was waiting with 2 car in front of me. I get to the window and the clock literally turned 8pm and the gate was pulled down and no explanation or greeting was given. I pressed the “call” button and it even said someone would be with me. No one responded. I pulled around and went inside and asked to speak to a manager. The gate in the pharmacy was also closed and the time was 8:02. I again asked to speak to a manager and no one responded finally I told them that I had been waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes, just to drive up and have the gate be closed before my eyes with no explanation at all. Someone tried to help, I use the word tried very loosely because it was not even close. She never left her computer, asked for my information and was able to pull up my order, but was not able to give it to me because her system was “shut down”. I would like to call BS! Keep in mind it was only 8:03. I was even paying out of pocket because the insurance doesn’t cover it. They still refuse to give me my prescription. So I waited for nothing and the customer service is really bad. I will not be using them again!
