Their deli section for hot foods needs a lot of attention.

Lindsey is awesome. Every time I call and speak with her, she is the best help. Very helpful, courteous, and above all, patient. Everyone I’ve dealt with is helpful. Thanks pharmacy team.

Pharmacy staff is so hateful and lazy. They had my prescription for 4 hours and never filled it. The old lady with heavy wrinkles that runs the window lied and said it just came in. I told her she’s wrong and she got the heavy set red head pharmacist and she said their computers don’t process prescriptions for 24 hours. I have no idea what she was talking about because she turned around and said it would be an hour. Pick a time, red. A day or hour. My prescription didn’t need counting. It’s in a box and those two lazy women couldn’t get a box in 5 hours. She said “I can’t take you in front of all the people in line in here (I was in the drive thru) and I looked in and there wasnt a soul in there. She said oh they must be shopping. Ok Bertha. No wonder I never see a soul at the pharmacy when I shop in the grocery store. I go in there at least 2x weekly and pharmacy is always completely dead. I always wondered why nobody used this pharmacy. Guess I know now. My sister went there for about 6 months and stopped going this month too because they’re so rude and lazy. She had a problem with the old woman with the heavy wrinkles at the window mostly. I only went twice and switched to Walmart. Walmart is quicker, nicer staff and actually ordered the brand of medication I needed. So if you want to wait 6-24 hours for a box of nasal spray, this is the best place for you.

I have to give Publix of RBC a 5 star bc of an employee, Lindsey! This young lady goes above and beyond for her customers! She know’s what she’s doing and how to handle thing’s properly! She’s always friendly and more importantly she cares! If she isn’t recieving the highest pay rate here, she SHOULD be!! I will continue to use this pharmacy as long as this sweet girl is there! Thank you Lindsey for everything you do!!!
